The French are glad to die for love
Who: Anarchism (dreamofdystopia)
What: Trivial Monday afternoon, a couch, a telly, salt&vinegar crisps, and a bottle of asparagus juice.
Where: Buddy's apartment, NYC
When: Monday afternoon
Warnings: None
Twelve hours in front of the television (the one-hour interview with Annie Lennox excepted - her he admittedly had a small crush on) only served to confirm his suspicion that humanity was becoming dumber with each passing day. Whose fault was that? Everybody's, nobody's - who really gave a shit?
Canting his head back, Anarchism finished the rest of his veggie juice and peeled himself off the couch only to collapse in a heap on the floor. Numb legs, no, pins and needles legs - ouch. As he lay there and tried to massage some life back into his lower extremities, he discovered a permanent marker and a lonely crisp under the couch. Lucky day.
He dragged himself towards the telly and scrawled 'DON'T WORRY WHAT PEOPLE THINK, THEY DON'T DO IT VERY OFTEN' across the screen in fat black letters. Then, when he was certain, he could walk like a normal person again, he left the apartment to buy something to eat.
Cherries would be nice.
