As he walked over, Echo shifted just enough to make room for him on the bed. It was times like this that she was thankful he had picked out a bigger bed, considering how massive she currently felt. Gasping quietly at the feel of his hand on her skin, she closed her eyes against a fresh wave of movement from Bastian, who felt as though Narcissus' action was an invitation to re-assert his presence. As if somehow Echo could forget he in was there. She smiled up at him as she covered his hand with her own for a moment. "Calm yourself, Bastian." she murmured, a pleading tone in her voice as she met Narcissus' eyes. It was times like this, when Narcissus seemed so happy, that she could forget anything strange was going on.
The sterner tone in his voice made her pause as she studied Narcissus' face, a quick nod the only indication that Echo had heard and was acknowledging what he had said. She thought about the options he had mentioned; she had been avoiding the tea ever since assuming Gaia had something to do with her recent change in feelings, she wasn't sure how comfortable a massage would be, and she was too tired to feel up to sex at the moment. Hell, the fact that he still would even offer that as an option surprised her more than she could say. "Aren't feeling up to it." It was obvious that they both were tired, and Echo had no problem being the one to say it. She moved her fingers slowly, signing away carefully so he could keep up. 'Just lay here, maybe he'll relax if we're all together.' It seemed likely, especially since Echo couldn't remember the last time she and Narcissus just tried to relax.
