No words came to mind to describe the sight. Pan wanted to open his mouth and say something, say anything, but he was rendered completely speechless. He suddenly wished there was a handbook of things to say in bizarre situations, because this was most definitely a bizarre situation, and he would've appreciated a helping hand. In the back of his mind, he quietly wished his father hadn't left his place.
Watching her smile, he desperately wanted to return it, and might have if embarrassment wasn't keeping him glued in place. That had to be it -- embarrassment. Shame that he was the one being wooed here, when it was a man's job to do the very same. This never would have crossed his mind as an option, blasting music from the street, since he would've probably resorted to yelling alone.
This was way, way too much.
"Echo," Pan finally forced out, nearly surprising himself with the volume. He hadn't thought he'd even be able to breathe. "Echo, just -- come inside, okay? Just please come inside!" Even to his own ears, the plea sounded ridiculous. It was like he was encouraging a crazy woman to put her clothes back on after watching her strip.
Strip herself of all dignity, maybe.
