Her friendship with Eros was something she treasured, regardless of the hurt that he had inadvertently caused her in the past. If it wasn't for him, she might have never found Narcissus again, so in a way she owed him everything.
Listening to him place his order, Echo giggled and shook her head. She was sure the waitress thought they were both insane, but they were the customers and the customer was always right even if they were ordering most of the menu.
The sour look on his face made her wish she hadn't brought up Narcissus so soon, but the cat was out of the bag now. Smiling peacefully at Eros, she refused to let his opinion upset her. Not this time.
