Kára was glad she was securely buckled in. There was a reason she didn't enter vehicles in New York City traffic. It wasn't that she was fearful of cars. She dated a Nascar driver back in the 1990's and learned to drag race on the side. It wasn't speed she worried about. It was the lack of control when other people were driving and possibly careening into her.
