"Si, the flower store. It's a very nice flower store," she urged in an encouraging tone. In a flash she yanked up a hunk of grass. Dirt fell from the roots which she dangled in front of Dylan's eyes, close enough to possibly make them cross. She rubbed her fingers through the dirt and plucked the one lone dandelion from the clump, popping it into her mouth like it was candy.
Chewing, she looked over. "Do you know which part is the root and which part is the grass and which part is the flower?" Despite the last bit being in her mouth, she didn't mean it as a trick question.
"I think that if you can answer that question then you can work for my friend." Salvia smiled. "I will... um, I will vouch for you. That is the word, yes? And I will teach you more than just the stem, don't worry."
