"So where did you get a giant lava lamp?" Marijuana asked curiously, all flirting and pouting gone for the moment. "And are they still in business? I wonder if they would have one that you could fill with booze." He looked at her thoughtfully for a moment. "I could hire a small moving truck, we could get the lamp and the TVs in one trip."
He stubbed out the joint and leaned back to look up at the ceiling, shifting his hands to stroke through their hair absentmindedly. "I always thought about turning the basement into a bar. Not saying I could do it in time for the party, would need a liquor license and all that. But maybe now that you two are here, you could help me plan it. It needs to be kick-ass."
Harmony moaned in almost his habitual purr and went limp against Mari's tummy as he was petted, even his fingers in Ji's curling up limply. MJ was just SOOO good at this. "We c'n make a bar but not... have... thing..." he said, getting distracted but then refocusing himself. "I mean, we can make it a bar place for the party and then later on make it an actual bar place." he reiterated more coherently this time. "With snacks."
"Actually Frankie got it for me. I'm not sure where he got it, but we can ask him." Ji smiled lightly before finishing off her beer and setting the empty can down on the table. "I don't know, I think we just filled the one we had. Again, it was Frankie's idea. He's a genius, I swear. And I could bring some alcohol from the club if you want a good selection at the party." It'd be yet another thing that Mari wouldn't have to worry about.
Her hand went limp as well as her head lulled forward, enjoying the feeling of his hand in her hair but not quite at the same level as Harmony. "Turning it into a regular bar would be cool. I could see it being one of those cool bars that's all laid back and calm, playing classic rock in the background while people got stoned." She grinned at the mere idea.
"Can't for the party, Trip, all the shelves have to go down there. I'll turn the counter into a bar instead." Harmony went limp against him and Marijuana smiled down at his brother, working his fingers through those curls. Ji spoke and Marijuana tilted his head in her direction. "I have a lot of booze but we can always use more. I need to dig up the old coolers from the basement and remember to buy ice on Friday morning."
"I've already got a sound system running through the whole place and it plays nothing but classic rock." He was quite stoned and he closed his eyes, drawing them closer and loving how amazing it felt to have both of them here with him. There was a moment of silence before he spoke without even opening his eyes. "You're staying, right?" He was asking both of them, feeling so good about having part of the family back together that he didn't want it ever end.
He was being pulled in closer and Harmony was in fucking heaven. He nodded against Mari's front. "'m still staying, long as you'll have me." he said, not even bothering to open his eyes to speak. He burrowed in a little closer. "'s E gonna sleep in th' bed with us?" he asked, innocently enough.
"Well if you want anything other than what you've already got, just let me know." The offer would be open for any time, really, because she a good set up with her club. "I'm sure you won't forget." Even if he did, it wouldn't matter because she could remember.
