Once she realized what he was doing, she bent down slightly so that he wouldn't have to stretch so far to reach her. Her thumb moved over the back of his hand absently while they talked. "I'm glad you did, too," she nodded as she spoke, her features softening a bit. "C'mon, I have an idea." Turning, she headed through the crowd towards her office. "I think we're the lucky ones," she shot back over her shoulder with a grin.
"We all have to look out for each other, you know?" Her lashes batted while they walked, her eyes feeling rather dry as she entered her office. "Frankie, this is my brother, uh..." Batting her lashes at LSD, she realized that she had no idea what name he was going by now. Her eyebrows arched slightly before she looked back to her manager with a bright smile. "Did I mention I'm adopted?" Flashing a smile, she knew that no one looking at her and her "siblings" would believe that they all came from the same mortal parents.
