She has been keeping watch, at a distance, waiting. She can be very good at waiting, but the truth is that she is feeling restless and full of power.
So she turns up for visitor's hours this afternoon. The girl at the desk seems hesitant, but Morgause assures her that she is family. She does her best "worried, but calm", applies just the faintest bit of persuasive power, and soon enough she is standing just outside his doorway, watching him not-quite-sleep. The girl - a nurse, she must be - tells her he's sedated, maybe he won't talk to her. It's hard to say. But she trusts enough to leave Morgause alone with him.
So she steals in, quiet as a cat, looking for all the world as if she loves him and wants him whole again.
