Pausing just inside the doorway, Echo waited for Narcissus to give her a clue as to how to proceed. This was his place, a place that he had made perfectly clear Echo was no longer welcome in, and regardless of this invitation she wasn't going to just wander around like she belonged here. "I see you," she murmured, her eyes going wide at the feeling of his hand on her stomach. Bastian apparently approved as he moved under his father's palm, Echo biting her lower lip as she blushed brightly.
"Breakfast?" Echo seemed confused by the change in topic, one moment trying not to be sucked in by a bonding moment and the next being told about food. She headed into the kitchen, taking her usual seat as she noticed the food and writing tools. He had thought of everything. Nodding at his question, she compulsively spoke as she wrote. "Anything to drink?" Holding up the notebook, she hoped he had what she wanted. 'Juice, either apple or grape.'
