Running a hand through his hair, Narcissus closed the door behind Echo as she entered the apartment. Not much had changed since she'd left, despite the fact that Narcissus had been planning on getting rid of all her things, or at least pretended like he was. "You seem to glow more every time I see you." he said simply, placing his hand on her growing stomach for a moment. In that moment, the idea that his son was in there almost stunned him. He managed to keep his composure, however.
"There's breakfast." Narcissus gestured toward the kitchen, as if she didn't already know where it was. Following her into the kitchen, he poured himself more coffee. What used to be (and hopefully would soon be again) her spot at the table was set with the food he had made, as well as a pad of paper and a pen. "Do you want anything to drink?" he asked as he stirred creamer into his coffee at the counter.
