"Thank you, Mia." Glibt was aware that the current situation was likely to be hard on the poor mortal; Mia didn't know that Mark could survive almost anything and the health crisis must have been even more worrisome to the mortal who spent most of her time taking care of Mark and Mark's political and entertainment activities. But apart from those words, Glibt didn't spare her a moment of her attention, merely soaked in whatever Mark sent along their connection. It didn't stay within her for long. Quick enough, she was siphoning it off into her advocates in New Jersey, hoping she could give them enough to help with their goal.
"I love you too." Glibt murmured softly, enjoying his closeness, reveling in the connection, relieved that he would be alright. Next time he went off to fight an important battle for the country, Glibt decided, she would go with him and force him to eat and sleep even if she had to tie him to the bed in order to to accomplish that.
"Yes, you do have to stay in bed for the week." Glibt said, her voice just a bit stronger. "And don't think I don't have a hiding place already picked out for your Blackberry." Her voice was teasing, but Mark would probably know that she was deadly serious. She squeezed her boyfriend's hand again, then stepped back just a bit. "Here, it's upstairs. Just follow me. I'll give you a proper tour once you're feeling better, alright?"
