I've been watching, I've been waiting in the shadows of my time... Who: Achilles, Neoptolemus, + Absinthe What: Absinthe invites the boys out for a night Where: Lion's Den, club on Sullivan St, NYC When: Friday night Warnings: TBD
At Absinthe's call Achilles complied to the request. Since his time back in New York he had yet to visit the Green Goddess. There was much pressing on him now that only made his son's sudden appearance another facet to this bigger web of situations. The urge to spend time with the boy was there, the ever present frustrations were only that much stronger. Eventually he would need to sit down and discuss the shadows of things that plagued him with Neoptolemus, but perhaps Odysseus was right. Whether or not Achilles knew how to be a proper father was outside of the point that he was, and in being so the concerns he faced were that of any father. Only Achilles could not overlook the trigger that his son had caused.
The subway ride was rather quiet, as Achilles had little to ask for the time. It was around nine when they came inside the club, very appropriately named as it was. Achilles lead the way finding the beautiful woman that he had kept out of his sights for quite some time. Her bright green eyes jumped across the crowd, and he walked over in his arrogant fervor, the intense look he had on his face momentarily dropped to give her a proper greeting.
[ooc: whomever jumps in first, we can then establish a threading order after. wheeeeee]
