Who: Sloth and Patience What: A quite evening together Where: Sloth's place When: Saturday around lunch time Rating: Sloth's potty mouth
It wasn't that Sloth didn't want to get up from his warm, comfy spot in his bed, but more that he physically couldn't.
Okay, so there was some 'not wanting' going on, but it was mostly the fact that the Sin couldn't move his limbs properly.
So he just gave up trying a few seconds in and decided to stay in bed, for just about as long as he damn well pleased. He had most everything he needed in his bed room, anyway. A television (not that he knew where the remote was), a phone (not that he would get any calls), and his laptop. The last in the group was the only one he actually used, but the others were there just in case.
Giving up on anymore thinking for the day, Sloth rolled over between his deep azure sheets and let out a low moan of pleasure as his joints cracked loudly at the minuscule movement. Shuddering in new found comfort the Sin was just about to slip off into unconsciousness when his watch began beeping, loud and obnoxious, from his bedside table. This time his groan was filled with annoyance as he flung his arm back and grasped the offending object. It's screen flashed bright red numbers that Sloth could barely recognize, though as he did his eyes widened minutely.
It was time for Patience.
A third glutteral noise was heard from the male as he fought with his natural instinct to simply flip back over and ignore all that was going on in the world. He didn't want to move or think or socialize at the moment, but he never did, really, so now was a good as time as any. Chuckling to himself Sloth couldn't help the pull of his eyelids and he was soon snoozing once again, hoping -- somewhere deep down -- that he would wake up when the Virtue arrived and that he wouldn't look like a complete jackass.
