He wanted his mother to be here already, he wanted Triteia to stay at his side, he wanted to see Amaterasu as soon as physically possible. He didn’t want to leave one to go to another, didn’t want to make the same mistake again so soon, even on a much smaller scale. He was about to let go of Triteia’s hand and say he would leave right away when he suddenly felt as though he might not make it to the beach if he tried. He had hardly slept the time he was away, and he’d spent most of that time outdoors, searching.
