Apollo was concerned. He knew that it must have been difficult for Daphne to leave the comfort of her mountain home in Yosemite just to come see him, which is how he knew it was important. The sheer fact that she would risk the fear of seeing him face to face now that she knew the truth of what Eros had done to him made Apollo feel nothing but respect for her, and want to help her as much as possible. He was unsure of the best way to approach however, her disdain and fear would make it difficult for her to want to be face to face with him. He would be fine giving her some distance, and hopefully that would work for her.
Ever since finding out thanks to Artemis that he had nearly raped Daphne, which was what had scared her enough for her to pray for divine intervention, Apollo ha been feeling somewhat down on himself. He was certainly not perfect, regardless of what he had once believed, but to think he had done something to scare an innocent nymph this much was eating away at him. He was practically a monster in his own mind.
He knew that Daphne didn't want Artemis involved, and while he hadn't said anything to his twin he knew that she had to be aware that one of her most devoted followers was in the city. He idly wondered how that might affect things. Finally arriving at the Park, still a little early, he adjusted the bag that held his lyre. He figured once he and Daphne finished their conversation he could play a little for Querry. First, however, was reintroducing himself to Daphne. He kept his distance as he approached, waving. "Hello Daphne."
