He found himself endlessly amused by her smirk, wondering when it was she had become so worldly wise. It was still difficult for him to accept that the young-looking goddess was older than she looked, her teenage appearance would have been fine back in old Greece, but here in the modern times they drew stares even when out together in a perfectly casual sense. Apollo liked to believe that Twee could find someone closer to her own age, someone who might fit her better, but that was because he felt torn by his own feelings towards her and felt pushing her away was best.
"Ah, well that's out of the way then," he smiled softly. "I'm guessing your roommate and her boyfriend wanted a little alone time? Are you getting along well with her beyond that? I remember seeing that she's a cellist, so at least you have music in common." He was attempting to make casual conversation, hoping to dissuade himself that him taking her to a hotel could actually be a good idea.
"By all means." he answered, glancing up at the stop light as Twee continued. When she finished speaking, as the light changed, he blinked slowly before reaching over and covering her hand with one of his own. "I know you like me, and I like you. We're going to the hotel to talk, and simply see what happens. I had no initial intentions of bringing you there to seduce you, although now that I know you don't mind..." He let his voice trail off, still thinking that it would all come down to not doing anything she didn't want to do.
