She brightened, quite literally at the greeting even as she noted that Ryan's smile didn't quite reach his eyes. The Military was and would forever be a strange being to her. There was always something hanging over Ryan, a melancholy that Enola couldn't begin to touch let alone relate to.
"Bigger, louder and a little more demanding each day." Enola offered with a grin only a proud parent could mention.
