Adrestia didn't have to be told twice. She took her mother's suggestion and plopped down on one of the chairs before eagerly taking back up her take-out.
"There's nothing wrong with hot dogs," she mumbled, before stuffing in a large mouthful of noodles. She could sense her mother was puffing herself up with whatever skirts she had ruffled in her absence, and a strange sense of pride warmed the girl. There were so very few with a reputation like her mother's, and while Adrestia was glad to not have that wrath focused on her, to hear the tales of some other unfortunate idiot -- it was part of the catching up with her mother that she truly enjoyed.
"New Gods, a curse upon the earth, they are. Nearly all are not even worth the space they take up," she answered darkly, through another mouthful of noodles.
