Don't lose your grip on the dreams of the past - you must fight just to keep them alive.
Who: Cronus (usurped_usurper) and Hades (mr_underworld)
What: Antagonising Meeting
Where: Dr. Underwood's office, NYU
When: (slightly forward-dated to) Monday afternoon
Warnings: Who knows.
He didn't manage to stop by Hades' office on Friday - inquisitive mortals and bureaucratic measures to deal with meant he didn't have the time to properly antagonise his son.
Oh, did he say antagonise? He harboured no ill intentions toward Hades. It was more likely to be the case that Hades would antagonise him.
But today - today was Monday and since he had to stop by to finish up some paperwork, why not finish up what he had to do in NYU and be done with it until they called him back again?
Some of the staff at the department recognised Cronus - under his alias Gene Attis, of course - from his guest lectures on Friday; smiled at and left him be while he entered Hades' empty office. Or 'David Underwood', as he was known. Interesting name, 'beloved'. Very biblical too. King David, David and the Goliath... not very subtle now, was it?
It was almost like a game, trying to figure out how much of this clutter in his office belonged to David and how much belonged to Hades. Chances were that it wouldn't matter once he stepped in and laid eyes on his... father.
