Charybdis was perfectly content to just sit there, curled up in her coat and listen to Blues sing. There were ponies at the farm, maybe Janet could go there and ride one of them. Okay, so they were horses, but that was close enough to ponies right? She didn't know how to take care of anything beyond fish, Grundelbert and barn kittens, so a pony was well beyond her expertise.
"Didn't mean to." she replied softly when he said she had his attention. She had just come close to listen, not to bother him. She didn't want to be a pest. "I live over there in that building." she pointed gently across the street. "I'm going home. Why are you out here, it's cold if you stay still too long. Are you cold?" she reached out to touch his fingertips now that he had stopped playing, wanting to make sure that they weren't frozen to the bone or something.
