"Me?" Indie shrugged. "I couldn't be better. What with the whole hipster movement in full swing. Celebrities talking about being vegan and straight edge - not that I'm intolerant towards those who choose to use, provided they don't do so to excess in my presence - and politics being so leftist-dominate. It's glorious to be me these days. I haven't felt this strong since before I left London. And oh, the music is as good as it's ever been. Emo and I are splitting bands with a bit more frequency, but it's turning out good sounds. Good vibes. I'm getting my hands into fashion now - and I think it's about time too."
Indie really had to control himself when it came to talking about himself. He could go on endlessly, but had learned that sometimes it was better to keep his mouth shut a little more often and create that sense of unfulfilled mystery that surrounded his whole scene. "My store is just down the street," he added. "Thirty-third floor. It's my original line in the front and all vintage in the back. Always getting new stuff in the back of the store. I'd be happy to have you there any time you want to stop by. I'm always there or here. I don't think I've been at home in a week."
