Who: Cocaine and Morphine What: Brother and Sister do lunch. When: Tuesday afternoon Where:Eleven Madison Park Warnings: None!
They would be dining in private, because Cocaine was accustomed to the nicer things in life and he knew that his sister was as well. It was possible that she wouldn't have minded dining out in the open (the restaurant, Eleven Madison Park, was nice enough) but Cocaine didn't want distractions to any conversation they might have. He hadn't seen his sister in some time and wanted the time to properly bond with her. Cocaine had come back into the city for something very specific: his bruder, Heroin. And if he wasn't going to come back to Heroin, then he would move to the next best thing.
Morphine was Heroin's fraternal twin, though older. They were similar, to a point, but enough so that Cocaine was interested in rekindling their former connection. He didn't use of his brothers and sisters who he wasn't close with, it was simply one of his rules. He would never smoke marijuana. He would never take a shroom. Heroin and cocaine were his drugs of choice, occasionally complimented with Ecstasy. His brothers whom he best got along with. But now he needed something to replace the piece that he'd had at his side from almost his moment of birth. Cocaine still didn't understand what Heroin meant to accomplish by marrying Marijuana, other than hurting him that was.
So while he was looking forward to seeing Morphine, the visit's intentions were anything but completely pure. He ordered wine for the both of them while sitting at the table alone and pondering what his first words to his sister would be. There was a small jewelry box on the table. Perhaps he would start with that.
