"It's possible." Dylan said as he padded alongside Dave to the kitchen. "I'm still seventeen, I've got plenty of time to grow." His smile brightened and he seemed more genuine. It was much easier to forget with Dave, wonderful, beautiful, human Dave. Of course, there was also that niggling little thought in the back of his mind that said, from now on, he would never know if anyone he met was an immortal or not. And, also, there was the thought that, really, he didn't have all that much time at all. Both of these thoughts were banished as they stepped into the kitchen, however, and especially so once Dylan had pulled a beer out of Dave's fridge and polished off half of it straightaway. "Her?" He asked, eyebrows raising slightly. "Weird." Somehow, the idea of a goddess hadn't yet crossed his mind. "You're right." Dylan added, "The world seems very small now." Despite his new positive attitude, he still made sure to keep a firm hold on Dave's hand.
