Who: Zeus, Bia, Nike, and Zelus What: Apologies Where: Zeus' Upper East Side Apartment When: Wednesday Warnings: TBA
He should have done this months ago, of course, and Athena had tried to tell him that. By the time he'd realized the extend of what was owed, the siblings had been gone and he'd done nothing then to stop their going, either. He could see clearly enough how that would only be insult added to injury, and he was loathe to cause any more. Then the first meeting he'd set had been ruined by his mortals, planning financial situations that they couldn't handle on their own. Luckily, when he'd returned they'd still been in the city - he would have hated to have to wait again until they'd returned from tours of duty or whatever it was they had planned in their new ventures.
After he'd sent his driver to pick up each of the siblings in his private limousine, Zeus waited in the richly furnished apartment he kept in the city. It was not his home, because Hera did not share this with him, as he did not share her private apartments with her, but it was his refuge in the city. Where he took mistresses, hosted mortal business associates. And, today, where he would give up a bit of his pride to apologize for the lack of honor he'd shown his guard.
