"There are plenty of things to do," he pointed out - just, most of them were not exactly engaging or required much thought or effort. He took his seat again, leaning back casually. Something still felt off about his office's setup, but he could do some more rearranging later.
"If you mean assignments, no. That part of my inbox has been empty to the point where if it were physical, it would have started collecting dust by now."
It seemed as if the modern technology that was electronic mail was only reserved for office gossip and 'pass me the stapler' type messages when people were too lazy to even stand up and ask to borrow stationery face-to-face.
