Who: Apollo, Phobos(?), Deimos, Puppy and Philip
What: Uncle Pol comes to stay!
When: Thursday afternoon/evening?
Where: the Twin's home in the bayou
Warnings: Ares twins warnings; language, dead animals, insanity, tba
Deimos had gotten back home with Phobos (and hadn't really let go of him the entire time home) and had greeted Puppy - who literally knocked him over and pinned him down with an enthusiastic hello for a good ten minutes - before then berating Puppy because he'd been chewing on Philip (who had given no such greeting and Deimos was a little worried that Philip was angry with him). The next thing he'd done, after trying to tug Phobos along with him, was fall face first into bed and pass out. He slept for too many hours and woke up groggy and grumpy and ate while almost comandeering his twin's lap. He'd been like his brother's shadow since then and it was only the prospect of 'UNCLE POL!' coming over to visit, WITH chariot, that had tempted him to part, busy putting together their bed and trying to make it comfortable for all three of them, as he planned for them all to sleep together of course.
He'd found the marks on Phobos where he'd been shot and had traced them with anger behind his eyes but gentle comfort in his fingers and had curled hard and tight to his brother for the rest of the day after that. He still flickered in and out of the present but when he came back he was angry and upset that a) his twin had been hurt, b) he couldn't take vengeance and c) that Daddy had done NOTHING. He couldn't really get his head round that one, but he lost himself again in Uncle Pol's arrival in the next minute and allowed the problems to slip away from him until next time.
He was outside by the steps of the house and waiting for his Uncle to come... well, that was his story and he was sticking to it. He wasn't sure where Phobos was but he knew his brother was around, and in the meantime Puppy had decided to drag Philip outside for rough and tumbles. Puppy's playing was often too boisterous for Philip though (the dog was huge by now) and when some of Philip's scaly skin came off Deimos had thrown himself into the fray to try and detach Puppy, which had just ended up in a Deimos vs Puppy squabble. From the way Puppy had his foot on Deimos' head it was clear that Deimos was losing.
He didn't seem to mind though.
