It was just her luck that the tone in College's voice managed to make its way through her stuffed head. Something about it softened her towards him, and made her realize that she hadn't exactly just been kind.
Heaving out a sigh that required her to grab another tissue, Dev sat up. She rubbed the back of her hand across her face tiredly before grabbing the bowl and scooting in towards her. She had burned her chicken ramen, after all, and she knew she needed to eat even if she didn't want to and - heck, if College wanted to hurt her he didn't need to put anything into the soup. The bowl it was in was proof enough of that. "Thank you," she said, somewhat grudgingly but sincerely enough.
