Who: Lucifer, Beelzebub, Agrat, Lillith, Naamah, Eisheth, Rosier, Charybdis, Allegra and OPEN!!
Where: Zion
What: Grand opening night!
When: July 5th, Starting around 8pm
Warnings: A gentleman’s club full of hell-kin. Will F-Lock if needed.
Set in an old textile mill, the demon Beelzebub had a quiet gallery for the dealing of antiquities. It had been gutted and renovated to suit the demon’s needs, and for a long time did just that. However, when it was discussed that the Morning Star would open a gentleman’s club, the demon had offered up the upper floors of his property. Many many hours of construction and dollars spent later, the building had been successfully divided, a separate entry-way to one side provided to access to the upper level with a small, tasteful sign that simply proclaims ‘ZION’ above it, just past that, a small, lush lobby with a curling staircase and an elevator. Two large guards stand here – fallen angels, judging by their height, build and auras – checking IDs and the list before allowing those that come up into the club itself.
The club proper was not what one would normally expect from either a simple ‘strip joint’ or even a classier gentleman’s club. To begin with, the décor is predominantly white, making use of soft curtains and dynamic lighting to give it a clean, airy feeling. There is a fully stocked bar, as to be expected, as well as a stage for performances, though neither is the central focus. Instead, lit swaths of sheers and flowing water features divide the club gently between an area where the stage is located, and a more relaxed lounge of comfortable chairs and couches that face each other instead of the entertainment.
There is one final thing of note here as far as the layout is concerned, a curtained-off doorway is guarded by another of the Fallen. Past it, there is a hallway of small rooms, as well as the dressing room that goes directly behind the stage. Each of these rooms is a small but lush bedroom with its own theme and color scheme, and though they’re all mostly mundane, there is at least one with “dungeon-like” elements for the more adventurous.
The place is meant to be a paradise, beautiful women wait tables and prowl the stage. The drinks are above bar, if a little on the pricy side and the food is absolutely to die for, from small gourmet Hors d'œuvre plates to fresh cut fruits and desserts. It’s not the place to come if you want a meal, but if you like to snack or for something sweet, you’re in the right place.
And if you’re looking for the Dawn Star himself, well, he’ll be around most of the evening, schmoozing with the mortal clientele, backstage doting upon the girls or just generally sitting back to watch as it all unfolds.
