Pollux took his wineglass with relief, enjoying the rich dark wine as soon as he tasted it. Georgie or the hotel staff or someone had made sure that the bar was stocked with good strong wine, and it made him feel better to have that strong alcohol to fortify him. At the mention of rainbows, he glanced down at Lela and raised his eyebrows, surprised. "I didn't see them," he answered. "But I'd like to. That's really -- sweet of you, Lela." He smiled and looked around -- one of the things that made this apartment so cool was the huge windows that provided a panoramic view of all of Manhattan. Though it was still a cool night and the weather wasn't ideal, the rain seemed to have stopped for a while, and he definitely wanted to see these rainbows before it got dark.
There was a balcony off to one side, and he took Lela's arm again, guiding her toward it. "Show me," he asked, and smiled at her. "Please?"
