With Heroin's words, the intoxication seemed to bleed straight out of Adonis and he stood up straight, his face the perfect picture of fear and worry. "Shit. When will that fucking idiot learn not to bottle everything up until-" Adonis broke himself out of the rant. "Give me a moment." He closed his eyes, searching, finding that connection between the two of them that Marijuana had to build the last time this had happened and pulling. When his eyes opened, they were Marijuana-green. "He's deep, deep, almost too deep for me to get him out."
He crushed the joint against the wall and turned, hissing out instructions to Theias, who simply sat obediently, whining just a bit as he felt his master's worry. And Adonis was truly worried. He could feel his plant sinking and why hadn't Heroin showed up earlier? "Next time, call me sooner." He said, looking frantic as he reached for a leather jacket, already sinking more and more into his vegetation aspect. Green veins began to appear on his skin, his hair darkened slightly and his eyes remained Marijuana-green. "Of course I'm fucking helping, this is my best friend we're talking about, let's go." And he was out of the apartment, slamming the door behind him and not caring if it was locked. "Do you have a car? I'm the hunter, I can run if you don't. He's only, what, twenty blocks from here?"
