She liked him pretty well too, he made Rave happy, and that would have been enough for her, even if she had not thought he was nice on his own. She does, so that's even better.
A faint frown crosses her features, she settles back, thinking about things for a long moment. A low, deep sigh escapes her and she lifts a hand to her forehead. "Mmm, well, she hasn't said anything to me about being unhappy, and I think she would."
Then she bites down on her lower lip, tempted to talk to him about inner workings, tempted to keep quiet. Finally she decided to speak.
"Rave is... dying. Her scene. I was so worried about her, right before you met her. She knows it, it... it's hard for her. Going to California meant that she saw her scene wasn't quite as faded as she thought, but.. it was different, that's why she changed. That's why she didn't really say or do anything for the first few days after coming back. Then her body was different.. and moving in and... well, it's all going on at once. That and I think you might be her first serious relationship. Rave loves everyone, but being in a serious, involved relationship is.. different for her, I think. You just have to give her time, be there for her, love her. I'm sure it's fine."
