Who: Angry husband, via influence of Guns (closed narrative)
Where: Mary Magdalene's shelter
When: Tuesday 19th, early morning
Warnings/Rating: Violence, misery, terror, death.
When Guns left the shelter, there was the hanging implication that he was not through -- he had been disrespected, and there would be consequences. For a week, this threat was left unfulfilled.
Early Tuesday morning, when most people were still sleeping, a drunk man stumbles inside the shelter. He has clearly been drinking all night, and under the influence of alcohol and slowly cultivated rage, and after stumbling down the hall towards the sleeping quarters, he randomly selects a room and forcibly enters. Yelling continues in the presence of the barely awake residents, and the man fires his gun several times as he swings it around, before turning it on the woman he assumes is his wife and killing her. Discovering that he has leftover bullets, he shoots at the other people that attempt to come towards him or hide from him, before stumbling back into the hall.
Police were later mystified that the vigilante succeeded in killing himself, as he has fired all his bullets in the room. It is possible that he reloaded, but if he did, he only reloaded one bullet. One way or another, there was somehow an extra, which went through the murderer's head after the gravity of his act was realized.
In the room, three women and one child died, with one child as a survivor.
None of them were the man's soon-to-be ex-wife.
