He nodded, "I did what had to be done on my part, and then watched it all turn without me. This recent surge in power for some of us has left me a little bewildered, actually. I hadn't expected, to ever..." he glanced downward at his hands folded in his lap, brows furrowed. "Well, I had given up hope and resigned to just let things happen. But now, it's... I don't even know a word for it. It'll be better, for all of us. We're slowly finding each other and coming together and pulling families into one place again. It's nice."
Thor reached over and took her hand, giving it a comforting squeeze. "I'm glad I'm here too. And I'm so sorry that you had to worry about me. I know you always will, regardless, but I'm sorry you were forced to."
