Jord listened to his story, and it was very like him...Thor never was a domestic sort. He took after his father in that regard, for Jord was, despite her proclivity toward strategy and Machiavellianism, essentially leaned toward domesticity. She was The Mother, and though she had never been allowed the joys of a husband or a picket fence, she had always desired Frigg's place.
It may have been hypocritical, but she wouldn't have minded sharing if she knew that she took the first place.
