Morgan is not by nature a woman who feels sadness much. She has her cheap tricks and her grey silksmooth cats to wander her hardwood floors, and a lot of very beautiful artwork that makes up the house she lives in now. And all the same something feels amiss, and she's walking through her gallery in a white dress wrapped close, her cropped dark hair rustled. A little of the glamour she uses she hasn't bothered to put on to-day, and her face is a little older therefore than ordinarily it is.
She thinks it's probably Britain--it was after all her first home, and it's May Day, and customarily there was something to that day--and that bothers her.
She wishes, a little, that someone would come to visit.
