Cleopatra truly was a pharaoh in all right and while Ra found it only right to give her the respect she was due, he thought he equally deserved her respect and while he thought of apologizing for his no-show ... well, he simply didn't think it completely necessary. As such, he only agreed to visit her at a later date and not apologize profusely.
His favorite means of travel these days was by air -- saved himself the cab money and time, plus the city at night from the air was beautiful. It was getting closer to summer and even the night time air was starting to shed its spring coolness for warmer temperatures -- doing it's best to remind him of home. Not enough, though. He could do with some more warmth and longer days. His flight brought him to the address that Cleopatra had given him ... not like he needed it after he was almost half way there. Her presence to him was something like a beacon and drew him right onto her property where he shifted back into his human form -- as always, inconspicuously. Up the steps he went to her front door, placing a few knocks.
