For the twentieth time, Horus dropped the pencil in his hand and sighed in mild frustration. The pencil clattered against the metal grating that was the table and rolled towards the edge, expected to fall right off the table until Horus' hand swiftly stopped it with a loud slam of his hand on the metal. This caused many of the cafe's patron to look over towards him, some of the looks were evenly met with Horus' and then quickly broken. Sighing once more at his own very immature attitude, Horus momentarily closed his eyes and breathed deeply, trying to calm himself done.
The reason for his anxiety really wasn't because of the paperwork in front of him. The abnormal anxiety was due to more of the reason why he was waiting here for someone to show, the certain someone being his father which he hadn't seen in centuries. Although Horus was usually the composed and firm character, when it came to his father, he was very much aware of himself. After all, with his creation, he was to guard and look after his father's kingdom. A big task for the once very young falcon god.
Gently picking up the writing utensil, Horus started to make another attempt to finish his notes, looking up every once in a while to observe the crowd.
