"I like to think that you married me because of them," Zephyrus smiled against Iris' lips, giving her a gentle kiss on the corner of her mouth. His hands moved as one slid to hold the back of her neck as he deepened the kiss, and the other slid down her side and rested on her hip. She was a beautiful goddess, that was an obvious fact, and Zephyrus was thankful for that in the moments he was with her. And this was coming from the man that left her on many occasions, but at the moment, Zephyrus wasn't going to worry himself with the thoughts his conscience tried to guilt-trip him with.
"I can also do more than a kiss, you know." Although the urge was strong to toss his wife over his shoulder and find the bedroom in this place, Zephyrus asked with a certain consideration that he only gave to her. Now that they had forgiven each other and started anew, he didn't want to screw it up. To see her happy like this, to trust him again, Zephyrus didn't want anything else. Whether or not the day that he would leave would come again, he sure as hell wasn't thinking about it.
