He didn't know what was up with all these people. He didn't think he was that good company - more often than not he was getting himself into trouble, either within his own pantheon or with other pantheons, and he wasn't exactly the most polite, courteous or understanding type of company.
Still, with the likes of Fetish, Jamie, Caridad, Famine - they didn't seem to mind having him around. He didn't know what they saw in him.
He didn't know why she was trying to make what they had better, why he was worth the trouble. He wanted it - of course he wanted it - but... that didn't mean that they felt the same way all the time.
"Okay," he simply replied with a smile.
He didn't want to ask, because he might not like the answer. He didn't have to know these things, so long as... so long as they didn't mind his company.
