They took a seat at a small corner table - Jamie liked having a wall behind his back and a clear view of whatever room he was in.
"The hamburgers are great. The salmon and scallops too." Slipping out of his jacket, he hung it over the back of the chair next to him and pushed up the sleeves of his sweater.
"I like their fish and chips. Apparently, they batter the cod in beer first." The new god grinned boyishly at Iris, as if he'd just shared an age-old secret wisdom.
