Who: Sloth and LSD What: Picking movies for the marathon When: Afternoon Where: Kim's Video in the Village Warnings: None yet
It had taken Sloth almost a week to motivate herself to help out with the assorted supernatural guests. After all, everyone seemed to have the basics covered. Mari was busy running around, securing the place. Flora was cooking up a storm. What more could they need? Eventually she came upon the answer, and then she just HAD to get out of bed. The needed some serious entertainment. All these Gods, new and old alike, were so busy worrying about the conflict that they had forgotten one of the basic rules of survival: relax. Without something to distract them from the troubles, they were going to stress themselves out and, eventually, someone would snap.
With this dire future in mind, Sloth ascended from her hideaway in the basement. She stopped just long enough to pull on a jacket and pick up Harmony, who seemed to need a distraction himself. They then headed for the only movie rental store big enough to satisfy the tastes of a band of immortal miscreants: Kim's video, a three-story monster of a store. The place was brightly lit and packed with aisles of dvds and tapes, the walls covered in posters.
Sloth slid off her jacket once inside and turned to Harmony. "I'm going to let you lead. I'm not yet up to speed on these...Dvds?"
