After an intense, multi-day discussion involving a lot of deliberation (read: arguments), the Wizengamot emerged at 7:02 pm to announce to the world that they had chosen the new leader of the British Wizarding world, and that leader is Bellatrix Lestrange.
The youngest Minister for Magic in history, the former head of the Hit Wizard department, one of the most controversial choices they could possibly have made, and many Wizengamot members (Albus Dumbledore included) would not comment on the decision.
