Holiday vacationing makes me feel sluggish as shit. How do you guys get your energy back in these winter months? California has the sun, but when I fly back to Texas its all snow, leaves my head spinning.

Well, well. Good Evening Gents. Just the very friendly Rocco here, and somewhere around here is my brother, but I'm deciding that since the night is upon us I should come out to play. I'd say it was my favorite time of day, but it also contends with the early morning hours. I can't get through a day, or night without the right drink and a little yoga to keep me flexible for whatever the day ends up bringing me. With that said, what are some rituals the rest of you do? Whether it's morning wake up ritual, or preparing for something a little more exciting and adventurous. Bonus points for anyone who wow's me with their craziest on or off camera adventure.
