Who: Susan & Albus
What: Susan's temporarily moving in, plus she has ~things to talk about
Where: Albus' room
When: After his post
Rating: Probably low!
Out of all the people at this compound, Albus was one of Susan's favourites. She never would have got a chance to know him this well without all these time-displacement places. Back home was so far away now, anyway. Susan had been away for - what - six months? She stopped counting early on. There was no point to it. Time didn't eve seem to matter here. Although Susan had been granted a chance to work in the hospital, she had no start or stop time. There were no schedules to speak of, besides those the scientists implemented. Albus had become Susan's version of a constant. Even though he'd changed between here and Neo-London, he was still the same person.
Susan stopped by the cafeteria, but didn't find anything more appetizing than pinto beans. She missed the sight of the assistants. Although they never spoke, Susan felt fond of many of them. She'd worked alongside them in the hospital, and they'd taught her countless things without words. Hell, maybe they had it right. Words were what seemed to get everyone in trouble. The wrong words, or the wrong interpretation of the words. Continuing on, Susan made her way to Albus' unit.
Susan knocked and walked in. She'd been in gamma units before, so she felt a bit familiar. "Alby," she called out, "I have no food." Susan had packed a bag, so she left it at the front door. She wasn't sure where she'd be sleeping or how long she would be saying. Seeing Albus, Susan smiled and shrugged. "Guess you'll have to open a can of pinto beans and see what's happened." Moving across the room, Susan took a seat on the couch. "So, about your journal entry. We - we've never talked about Salem."
