Who: Albus and Toma Where: The "Thomas" House When: After Merrell Riddle arrives :| What: Alby is basically making sure Toma is as...okay as she possibly can be. Warnings: Mentions of murder and emotions.
Albus had no doubt that if the laws of the compound weren't preventing it, Mr. Riddle would have been dead only moments after his arrival. He didn't necessarily know if he thought that was right of Toma or not but that wasn't his concern. His concern was the effect his arrival would have on Toma along with the knowledge that she couldn't get rid of him. Not in the way she likely would have if rules of the Scientist weren't preventing her.
He rarely got angry over the experiments or the situations that the Scientists put them into. It took a lot for him to get truly angry. He saw no benefit of bringing Mr. Riddle to this place. In fact, the only thing he could truly see was pain. Pain for Toma, pain for Mr. Riddle, pain for Gamma. It was hurtful and he wondered if that was the intent of Mr. Alpha. How could one gain any Scientific knowledge from this? How? Wasn't Toma already giving them leaps and bounds of data with how much progress she was making? Hadn't she given them enough? It was infuriating to say the least.
He wasn't backing down, either. She was emotional and that was clear enough to Albus. Even if she was lashing out against him for interjecting himself into the situation, he was not going to back away. No, whether she would admit it or not, he was needed. He wasn't going to listen and not come to her side in this moment of need. He could handle her anger. He knew it wasn't truly directed at him. And eventually the anger would subside, would it not?
He came up to the Thomas house and stood out on the lawn, frowning. It wasn't very well like he could barge into the house like he wanted. His alternate self, Michael Smith, just wouldn't allow for it. With one very steadying breath to gather up his courage, he shouted out as loud as he could. "TOMA."
For some reason, Michael wasn't comfortable knocking on the front door. That likely had something to do with how Victoria was quite possibly one of the most popular girls in school and he felt intimidated by that. He couldn't help but groan at how frustrating that feeling was.
