Who: Seamus Finniganheir & Marina Rosierthg What: Seamus finds out about his alternate version’s untimely murder, you know, because this place wasn’t weird enough already. When: Tuesday evening. Where: Corridor in the compound Warnings: Mentions of death.
Seamus’ life in the compound had changed exponentially since Saturday when his daughter arrived. He definitely felt less antsy here than he had before, but there was still a gaping Niall-sized hole in his life. He realized now that it wasn’t entirely impossible that Niall might show up, but he might not show up as a two year old. In fact, Seamus supposed it was possible Niall might not show up as a child at all. Erin, after all, had turned up as an eight ¾ year old and not the five month old baby he knew. Although it was somewhat jarring, Seamus had to admit it was amazing to see Erin grown with her own personality, and she was such an incredible kid. It was really only out of necessity to maintain a sense of normalcy for Erin that he didn’t simply marvel at every little thing she did all day long.
It was a challenge though to keep up a semblance of normal family life on the compound, particularly when he and Ginny were just not at the same point in their relationship, since he was twenty-six and Ginny eighteen. Erin had been picking up on it already. Seamus, of course, had a better sense of what the relationship between himself and Ginny was like that Erin had grown up with, but he didn’t want to push Ginny into a role she wasn’t ready to play yet. He knew she was worried about that, and he didn’t want to put those expectations on her. They would have to figure out a way to explain it all to Erin.
This thoughts all swirled around Seamus’ head as he paced the corridor. He just needed some time to think on his own. He supposed that’s what he could use his journal for, but he still wasn’t much of a journaler, really. That was just yet another thing he had to get used to.
