Full of good plans, she was not. Fabienne was more reckless than she was fearless. Given the nature of the compound she was currently in, there wasn't a damn thing she wouldn't do to get some sort of reaction out of those she needed it from. There was a lot of information to take down from within the compound. She needed to understand the scientists and their methods. She needed to know who all was in the compound. What she found entirely disturbing was how willing everyone was in giving their information without as much as Fabienne stating her name. Various alternate family members were popping up everywhere, her mentor, Gwen, and others who called her brother family. There were so many it was hard to keep track. What wasn't so hard to keep track was the events occurring within the flipped world and the compound. She had observed very little, only little social gatherings between certain individuals.
After writing to her sister, she immediately ran to her room. Her sister was hurt, infected, and Fabienne would be damned to let anyone else besides herself to tend to her sister's wounds. Gwen was not kidding when she had gotten into a little scuffle before coming here and she could only assume it must have been from the docks. It was the one place she and Gwen found peace, among people like them. Scum of the city they might have been, but they were fearless fighters who fought with pride. While Fabienne fixed her sister up, she smiled as Gwen told the tale of the fight. They weren't even there for a few days and already Fabienne was missing home.
"Alright, slugger. I'm going to go get drinks."
Kissing the top of Gwen's head, Fabienne threw on her leather jacket and closed the door behind her as she met eyes with an Oliver Wood. "Huh." There was a hint of a smile as she looked him over and gave a nod.
"Oliver Wood..." Fabienne held out her hand. "Fabienne Prewett."
