what. Team One from each house will be woken early and led down to the Hogwarts grounds, where a tent has been set up. Inside the tent, they will receive the following information: that when they are called to leave the tent, they will be faced with a boggart which they must defeat as a team in order to acquire the clue for Team Two/Task Two. They will also be told that teamwork will earn them the most points from the scientists; failure to hold together as a team will lose them points. The order in which the houses will go has been randomly assigned and is as follows: Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff. They can decide as a team the order in which each individual will take on the boggart, or choose to wing it once they are in the arena with it. Each person on the team must successfully cast Riddikulus and manage to laugh at their boggart before it will disappear, leaving a golden egg in its place. The egg is exactly the same as it is in the books: it will make a horrid screeching sound if opened above-water, but when they listen to it underwater, champions will hear the same song as in the books. They have until Friday to figure out the clue to help Team Two accomplish their task! Those who are not participating are more than welcome to watch the tournament from the stands set up around the arena (which is just an outdoor area on the grounds enclosed by low walls, with no ceiling) and cheer for their friends and family. The scientists will all be seated in the front row to act as tournament judges. IMPORTANT REMINDER: any of the Champions who have participated in or witnessed the Triwizard Tournament in their world will have conveniently forgotten all the details of the tasks, so that they cannot cheat. Anyone not in the tournament who participated/witnessed the Tournament in their world will remember all of it, but will find themselves unable to give any information to the Champions. when. Wednesday morning --> however long it takes all the teams to finish. |
