Harry was 18 again. He had merely glanced at a mirror only to find himself staring at himself. Not a five year old little boy who had lost his tree star. No. Harry was a young man trying to come into his own which triggered a thought. He was aware of the life he led in his own world. Harry knew of his accomplishments and that the sacrifices that were made to find his mother and uncle soon paid off. But what would happen to him here? Would he be the same man or someone completely different? Harry splashed cool water onto his face, fighting the anguish and confusion. Who was he? The same joke about being Harry fuckin' Potter was great, but it wasn't him. Not really. He was always reaching out for something more, something that would make him grow but grow into whom? The man in his world or the man here? Feeling as he was thinking too much, Harry hit the gym, taking his wraps and gloves with him. He spent an hour or two, taking out his emotions on the bag, simultaneously figuring out what to do next.
What needed to be done?
Time with Remus. He needed his time with his dad. And then his other dad. Maybe a family night with everyone. He needed to see Eris, because despite having some fun with her, he had grown to care for her as well. Then Astro came to mind.
"That sounded like a challenge, Potter."
And he was always up for those.
Knowing he could be more stubborn than she, he hit the showers and made his way back to his room. Standing in only his shorts, he took a peep out of his door and looked around. Kids were running around everywhere but Astro was damn easy to pin point. A seemingly seventeen year old girl, yelling for Eris and Juni. She didn't look much different in Harry's opinion which was a good thing in his eyes. She was beautiful as is.
"Pssst!"
As soon as she came within his perimeter, Harry grabbed her arm and pulled the young woman into his room. It might have looked wrong and he wouldn't have been surprised if someone or some kid tried calling for the cops. Harry had good intentions. He always had good intentions. Most of the time. Pinning the girl's arms behind her back as she struggled to fight his strength, Harry guided her with his leg on the backs of her knees. A little trick he learned from his own mother. "Stop fighting already and LOOK!" He pressed his face against hers and looked into the mirror with her.
He hoped. Hoped she would change into who she really was and not who she thought she was.
